The school's Mental health department, as an initiative towards promoting mental health, has started with a project called "Mindful Moments" in which a small meditation/ mindfulness/ visualization session is conducted by the school counselor. School believes that Meditation offers numerous benefits, including stress reduction, improved concentration, enhanced self-awareness, better emotional regulation, cognitive benefits like problem-solving skills and creativity, improved sleep, and a stronger mind-body connection, thus leading to improved overall well-being and academic success.

Wellness refers to feeling good in reference to mind, spirit, and physical health. A student who has all these in place shows positive results in his academic performance as well as social life. Here is a glimpse of activities such as Life with and without mobile phones (Class III), Busting myths and stating facts about Drugs (Class XI), Self Care Plan (Class VII) and Mindfulness Meditation (Class IX) which are specially curated sessions for different standards which promoted well-being at their levels.
