Mindfulness is about being present and aware. By paying attention to thoughts and feelings, children can better identify what the emotion feels like in their body, what situations create different emotions and how to manage these feelings. The activity ‘Mindfulness of Feelings ‘was conducted in class 1 as a part of the life skill activity during the 2nd week of May.
