Adding another leaf to the ‘SAY NO TO TOBACCO’ drive , students of class X of DL DAV MODEL SCHOOL, Shalimar Bagh conducted a survey encouraging parents and students to adopt a healthy lifestyle. The parent teacher meeting on 10/8/24 ,provided a great platform for this endeavour as it provided students an opportunity to interact with a great number of parents and thereby spreading the message far and wide. Students of Classes IX & X presented a Nukkad Natak on the theme of Anti- Tobacco Drive during PTM. Parents applauded the performance of students. The display boards were also designed on the same theme to spread awareness about the ill effects of tobacco.
DLDAV Model School, Shalimar Bagh is a tobacco free educational institution. We are committed to spread awareness on this very important issue of tobacco control specially among adolescents and young adults. Numerous activities are carried out round the year to promote awareness about harmful effects of tobacco.
Students have created movies to be circulated in school to spread awraeness about ill effects of tobacco.
