Trip to Dhanaulti
Under the inspiring vision of our Principal, Mrs. Reena Rajpal, DLDAV Model School, Shalimar Bagh organized an unforgettable trip to Dhanaulti, Uttarakhand for our students of classes 6th to 8th from 26th May to 30th May, 2024. Our young explorers immersed themselves in the beauty of nature, enjoying a myriad of outdoor activities including camping, trekking, village visits, and zip lining.
This enriching experience was designed to foster a connection with nature and prepare our students to be conscientious global citizens.
Movie show Kungfu Panda at PVR
The Primary students of D L.D.A.V. Model School , Shalimar Bagh had a memorable and delightful experience on 18.5.24. A fun and educational outing was conducted for the students of grade 3-5 .Students were taken for the movie show Kungfu Panda at PVR. They not only enjoyed the show with their friends but also learnt to be in discipline and developed social skills. The objective of the visIt was also to give an exposure to students to make them learn appropriate behaviour at a public place and to develop critical thinking skills in them.It was a fun filled day for them with great learning experience.
Educational excursion to watch movie - MAIDAN
A well-organized field trip is a foremost example of knowledge transfer and it helps students improve the retention of knowledge.
On 17th May 2024, classes VI-VIII were taken for an educational excursion to watch movie - MAIDAN during school hours. Students enjoyed a lot as the movie was inspirational as well as educational for them.
