TRANSCENDENCE- ANNUAL DAY 2026
The Annual Day of DLDAV Model School was celebrated with great enthusiasm and grandeur, reflecting the school’s commitment to holistic education, innovation, and value-based learning. The programme revolved around the powerful theme “Transcendence – Igniting Minds, Shaping Futures”, highlighting how a single thought has the potential to challenge norms, inspire change, and shape the future.
The evening commenced with a thought-provoking introduction by the student anchors, setting a reflective and inspiring tone. Emphasising “The Disruptive Power of a Thought,” the opening narration beautifully conveyed that ideas are the foundation of progress, innovation, and societal transformation. The message resonated throughout the programme—that true entrepreneurship begins not with resources, but with courage, curiosity, and belief.
The ceremonial lighting of the lamp, symbolising the journey from darkness to light, was conducted by the distinguished dignitaries. Inspired by the principle “Appo Deepo Bhava”—be your own light—the ceremony encouraged self-reliance, inner awakening, and purposeful action. This was followed by a serene invocation dance, reflecting the strength of a calm and focused mind in a dynamic world.
A significant highlight of the event was the inauguration of the Multi Sports Turf Arena and Pickleball Court, marking a major step in enhancing the school’s sports infrastructure. This initiative reinforces the institution’s belief in physical well-being, teamwork, and discipline as essential components of education.
Equally noteworthy was the review and revival of the school’s Paper Recycling Plant, supported by the Rotary Organization. This initiative underscores the school’s commitment to environmental sustainability and responsible practices, encouraging students to actively participate in eco-conscious living.
The formal welcome of dignitaries added prestige to the occasion. The school was honoured by the presence of Chief Guest Shri Ajay Suri, General Secretary of DAVCMC and Chairman of the School; Guest of Honour Ms. Anita Jain, Municipal Councillor; Vice Chairman Mr. H. L. Bhatia; Manager Ms. Sneh Verma; and esteemed members from the Rotary Organization, along with proud alumni. Their presence and words of encouragement inspired the students and reaffirmed the institution’s progressive vision.
The Principal’s Annual Report presented a comprehensive overview of the school’s achievements during the session 2025–26. It highlighted consistent academic excellence, integration of innovative pedagogies, adoption of AI-enabled learning, and remarkable accomplishments in co-curricular activities, sports, and community outreach. The report emphasised that success is the result of sustained effort, collaboration, and a forward-looking approach.
The cultural programme showcased the vibrant talent and creativity of students across all grades. The School Orchestra demonstrated harmony and teamwork, while performances by the Early Years reflected joy, confidence, and fearless beginnings. The senior school presentation stood out as a powerful depiction of technology in action, cyber awareness through innovative storytelling, and environmentally responsible solutions—demonstrating how students evolve from learners into creators and problem-solvers.
Energetic performances such as “Kuch Kar Dikha,” “Super Stars,” and “Ho Taiyaar” conveyed messages of courage, self-belief, and preparedness, aligning seamlessly with the theme of entrepreneurship and growth. The grand finale, “Tu Hai Champion,” was an uplifting culmination, celebrating resilience, determination, and the champion within every individual.
The event concluded on a note of pride and gratitude, acknowledging the collective efforts of students, teachers, management, and parents. The Annual Day was not merely a showcase of talent but a meaningful celebration of ideas, perseverance, and transformation—truly reflecting the spirit of Transcendence.
