Withdrawals
The students who have deposited the fee at the time of admission and subsequently wish to withdraw shall be required to submit an application in the prescribed form to the Head of School.
In cases where the fee is paid and admission is withdrawn before the commencement of the session, the student shall be refunded the entire fee received after deducting administrative charges.
In cases where the withdrawal application is made within one month of admission, the fee so paid for the quarter shall be refunded after deducting charges equivalent to one month.
The refund shall be made by cheque within 60 days from the date of receiving the withdrawal application.
